TAYLOR & BROs stoneware beer

These Twelve sided antique clay bottle Spinners are impressed "TAYLOR & BROs" and are believed to be from Milwaukee Wisconsin. They dates from the early 1850's. This brand has the honor of having set the all-time record price for a Wisconsin clay beer at the Lauber auction. Going for nearly $4500. The under bidder there was able to get his example for substantially less in a private sell less than a year later. AND Jon Steiner is sharing both the pint and quart for this display of collecting muscle! Truly incredible.
